ID Manager Login:  https://idm.es.wolterskluwer.com/saas/idmLogin.do 

Log in to ID Manager with your VitalLaw® subscription credentials.  If you are the Delegated Administrator for a Wolters Kluwer account and do not have a User ID you must create one to access ID Manager:

  • Click Register Site Contact
  • Enter your email address and click Submit.
  • Enter the details for your new Wolters Kluwer User ID and click Submit.

 

At the ID Manager home page, click your account number to access the tools for managing users. 

 

Select existing end users by checking the boxes. 

Once selected, use the commands along the bottom to Activate, Suspend, Delete, or Resend the Welcome Email allowing a user to reset their password.

 

The menu along the top provides options to create new IDs, manage existing users, and more.

  • To Create a New ID, click the command and fill out the End User Details. 

      • The Communication Email is used for retrieving a forgotten password. 
      • Fill in the Carbon Copy field with your email if you wish to be copied on all admin communications sent to this user.
      • If you wish to grant the user Admin privileges such as creating and deleting IDs, check Site Contact.
      • Click Save at the bottom of the screen and the new user is added to the account.
  • Click Manage Users to see a current list of users.
  • Show Site Contacts displays all users assigned ID manager privileges.
  • The Reports command allows you to export a variety of user and account-related spreadsheets.
  • Allow your users to create login credentials for themselves by sharing the Self Registration Link.
  • History displays all ID management activity on the account.
  • As Delegated Administrator, you can establish password defaults, limit email domains, and other controls via the Setup command.
  • If you need to create a large number of End Users use Bulk User Operations to upload a spreadsheet or send the list to VitalLaw customer support and they will create the user IDs for you.
